Intent 1:
To exempt certain situations from the application
of Sentence 5.7.3.2.(1), on the basis that
- the building is designed to accommodate the ingress
or accumulation of water, or
- the ingress or accumulation of water will not adversely
affect health, safety, the intended use of the building or the operation
of building services.
