To supersede part of the requirements in Sentences 3.2.7.14.(1) and (3) and allow individual storage areas and laboratories to be identified with placards showing the individual TDGR Class and Division number of the dangerous goods stored or used therein or showing only the TDGR “DANGER” symbol , where the dangerous goods consist of products belonging to more than one class.
This is to limit the probability that emergency response operations will be delayed or inefficient, which could lead to the unwanted release or spread of dangerous goods, which could lead to harm to persons, including emergency responders.
