Intent | Intent 1: To limit the probability that a firewall will have insufficient
fire-resistance, which could lead to the spread of fire from one building
to another, which could lead to to harm to persons in the building not originally
involved in the fire. Intent 2: To limit the probability that fire will spread from one
building to another during the time needed for emergency responders to carry
out their duties, which could lead to harm to persons in the building not
