Intent | Intent 1: To limit the probability that the performance of the installed
dampproofing material, with respect to resistance to moisture transfer, will
fall significantly below expectations, which could lead to moisture ingress
from the ground, which could lead to deterioration, which could lead to compromised
structural integrity of the separators or of elements supported or protected
by the separators. This is to limit the probability of
structural failure, which could lead to harm to persons.
