Intent | Intent 1: To limit the probability that the performance of
windows will fall significantly below expectations with respect to
ease of operation. This is to limit the probability
that, in a fire, all means of egress will be blocked, which could
lead to persons being trapped in a bedroom, which could lead to harm
to persons.
