Sentence 9.10.9.13.(2)

Intent 1:

To supersede the requirements of Sentence 9.10.9.13.(1) and not require fire separations between occupancies, on the basis that:

• the building is sprinklered throughout, and
• the occupancies are restricted to certain types.

This is to limit the probability that a fire involving the occupancies will spread to other parts of the building, which could lead to harm to persons.
