Intent 1:

Intent 2:

To limit the probability of the implementation of unacceptable design methodologies for the calculation of dynamic amplification due to wind, which could lead to structural failure, which could lead to harm to persons.

Intent 3:

To permit buildings to be classified as not dynamically sensitive to determine appropriate requirements in the Code.
